Delicious baked potatoes with wine


peel the potatoes and wash.

cut the potato into 4-6 pieces, depending on how big it is.

Put a little oil in a pan.

place the potatoes there and season them with vegeta, pepper and paprika. (or add other aromatic herbs that you like).

mix them well with your hands.

peel the garlic, grind it and place it evenly over the potatoes.

In a cup, mix the wine with the tomato paste and a few drops of water.

you put this sauce over the potatoes.

cover the pan with foil.

put this in the hot oven for about 1 hour.

serve it either as a fast and with a salad, or as a side dish ...

they are delicious !!!!!!
