Mix the yeast with the honey and 50 ml of water. Leave until it starts to foam
Mix flour, salt, oil and yogurt. Add milk, yeast and the remaining 50 ml of water
Stir with a spoon at first, then knead by hand until the crust becomes elastic. If the crust is too hard, add a little more water until it becomes softer.
Leave the crust to rise in a bowl for about 1 hour, or until it doubles in volume
During this time, heat the oven to the maximum temperature and place a large tray in it, so that it heats up well. If you have a pizza stone, use it.
With your hands greased with oil (or a little flour), take the crust out of the bowl and divide it into 10 pieces.
Spread 3 pieces of oval-shaped crust, not too thin, so that they don't come out very dry after baking
Put the 3 pieces in the hot pan and bake at 225 C (very hard) for 7 minutes, then turn on the other side and bake for another 7 minutes (a total of about 15 minutes)
Remove the bread from the oven and put the tray back in the oven to heat again. Bake 3 more pieces. Continue until you have finished the whole crust.
Serve the hot bread with whatever curry you like
